Some of our previous and current list of projects include:

• Thailand, private compound – design of party hall, Thai kitchen, and living quarters; exterior color consultation

• Hair Salon, Laguna Beach, CA – comprehensive modern design including all spaceplanning, lighting, cabinetry, decorative elements, furnishings, material selections, exterior modifications, and signage.

• Newport Beach, CA – (6,000 sq. ft.) Renovation, including overhaul of all bathrooms, kitchen, bar, flooring, lighting, interior finishes, railings, fireplaces, interior furnishings, window coverings, and exterior materials specifications.

• Corona del Mar, CA – (3000 sq. ft.) new construction of modern design including all interior material selections (flooring, wall finishes, etc.), kitchen design, bathrooms, railings (glass and stainless steel), finish carpentry (doors, mouldings, cabinetry), plumbing specifications, lighting, and all interior furnishings and artwork.

• Bridal Salon, Laguna Niguel, CA – overall thematic design for retail space including spaceplanning, lighting and electrical plans, interior materials specifications, and design of storefront, sitting area, viewing, transaction counter, dressing rooms, merchandise displays, storage room and private office.

• Tustin Field, CA – (4,000 sq. ft.) new construction of eclectic design including all interior materials selections and designs for flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, finish carpentry, paints and specialty finishes, lighting, spaceplanning, and all interior furnishings, window coverings, artwork, accessories.

• Corona del Mar – (4500 sq. ft.) tear down remodel, architectural specifications, exterior designs, all interior furnishings
  
  
• Huntington Harbor – (3800 sq. ft.) tear down remodel, architectural specifications, exterior redesign, landscape design, some interior furnishings, preparation for resale.
  
  
• San Juan Capistrano – (10,000 sq. ft.) interior furnishings and remodel
  
  
• Pelican Crest – (10,000 sq. ft.) new construction, architectural specifications, all interior furnishings
  
  
• Fiji – private resort, new construction, architectural consultation, all interior spaceplanning and selection of furnishings for five houses, chapel, and recreation hall; coordination of all warehousing, crating, shipping, and installation to Fiji from the U.S.
  
  
• Laguna Beach – upscale tanning salon, architectural consultation, interior furnishings, overall conceptual design.
  
  
• Newport Coast – (6,000 sq. ft.) complete residential remodel including extensive exterior design and interior architectural detailing, all interior furnishings
  
  
• Newport Center – (10,000 sq. ft.) designed and specified all tenant improvements, provided all drawings in CAD; all material specifications, furnishings, overall design concept
