From Pacific Coast Highway:

Turn East on Broadway (133 Laguna Canyon Road) to Forest Avenue, turn Right.  Make immediate right on Ocean Avenue (one way).  Pull into 2nd driveway on left side, and look for signage on building that reads, “Cedar Creek Inn, Lumbaryard Village Parking.”  Park underground, and walk back up onto Ocean Avenue; walk up first set of stairs (to your left) at corner of building.  Suite #22A is located in the back of the upstairs courtyard.
